2009 Results & Reports

1st July 2009.

Weather was great, OK maybe a little warm and humid, never the less, it seemed everybody but one (no I won't tell Names) enjoyed the format and had a good time.
We played Numbers Scramble, bassically a scramble with the exeption that you had to use the club that matched the hole, on hole #3 = 3 Iron/Hybrid, on hole #5 you had to use your 5 Iron and so on!
We had our best turnout so far in 2009, we started with 16 players!
And the scorring? Well here is how we played;

1. Luzie, Roland & Perry 70 Strokes
2. Debbie, Tom, Torre & Rudi 71 Strokes
3. Joe, Andi & Frank 77 Strokes
4. Stefan, Günther & Rick 80 Strokes
5. Joachim, Peter & Coco 81 Strokes

We probably should have used a Handicap of some sorts, as you can see above!
However I enjoyed playing with all of you, and hope to see even more members next week for Clubnight!

Yours,

Coco

3rd June 2009.

Good weather and great course conditions and we only had 10 shows!!!!!

A bit disapointing!

Format was Stableford multiplier, full handicap. Each player plays her/his ball and multiplies her/his stableford points with her/his partner.

Results.

1. Wolfram & Coco 56 pts
2. Rudi & Svein 50 Pts
3. Roland & Tore 49 Pts
4. The Mellways 49 Pts
5. Tom & Andrew 39 Pts

Thanks to all those of you supporting Clubnight.

Reminder, please do not play on wednesdays apart from the Clubnight, we had at least 2 flights out today and I'm kind of disappointed people don't understand.

6th May 2009.

First "Clubnight"!

Format was; flights of 3, Texas Scramble over 14 Holes B/Y
We had a total of 3 flights competing. With regards to the weather, I guess a fair turnout, even though I hoped for more!

Results;

1. Roland Mayer, Joachim Brasselmann & Svein Olsen with 53 Strokes
2. Torre Roskifte, Debbie & Perry Mellway with 55 Strokes
3. and most Honest! Scott Stanley, Rudi Mertens & Coco with 62 Strokes

Thanks again for all those that showed up, and hope to see a few more next week. We will be posting the format again early next week here on the web page!

Cheers,

Coco
